Business Development Representative Role\We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
\Main Responsibilities:\\Lead Identification: Research and identify potential clients in various sectors, including fintech, exporters/importers, payment processors, and crypto companies.
\Outbound Outreach: Conduct email and cold calling campaigns to generate new leads.
\Lead Qualification: Evaluate inbound and outbound leads based on our ideal customer profile and schedule initial sales meetings.
\Data Management: Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in our CRM system.
\Team Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation processes.
\\Requirements:\\Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or Web3.\Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\Cold Outreach Comfort: Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
\Organization: Highly organized and target-driven.
\CMS Tools: Experience using CRM tools.
\\Preferred Qualifications:\\Fintech Knowledge: Understanding of stablecoins, cross-border payments, and tokenized financial infrastructure.
\Latin America Market Familiarity: Familiarity with Latin American fintech markets.
