You will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities.Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to meet or exceed quarterly targets.Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify potential leads to ensure a strong sales pipeline.Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities.Qualification: Qualify potential leads to ensure they align with our sales goals.Sales Engagement: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.Scheduling: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in our CRM.Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.Requirements:Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Negotiation Skills: Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, resilient attitude.CMS Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.Teamwork: Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.Languages: Fluency in English is required.Benefits:We offer a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
