About this Strategic Account RoleThis position will oversee strategic customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for business growth in the food industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop and present commercial proposals aligned with customer needs and company strategy to drive business growth.Coordinate internal functions including Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, and Commercial to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.Build and manage sales forecasts and oversee the customer portfolio for sustained growth.Lead account planning for major clients, manage negotiations, and identify new project opportunities to expand the business.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Nutrition is required for success in this role.Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with customers and partners.Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably in the food or ingredients industry, is necessary for driving business results.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills are crucial for building and maintaining customer relationships.Able to lead cross-functional coordination and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills are vital for success in this strategic account role.About Our CompanyOur company is a leading taste and nutrition partner, working with customers worldwide to create healthier, tastier, and more sustainable products.
