Job DescriptionThis role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, requiring exceptional organizational and time management skills.As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all candidate-related operational steps, including communication via email, WhatsApp, and phone; scheduling technical and client interviews; conducting non-technical interviews; coordinating availability; negotiating rates; and ensuring smooth onboarding transitions.Key responsibilities include:Operational Execution: Oversee the entire candidate lifecycle, from initial contact to post-interview follow-up, ensuring seamless communication and timely decision-making.Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates and handoffs through shared documents, chat channels, and meetings, fostering effective collaboration among team members and stakeholders.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to enhance scalability, efficiency, and candidate experience.Bandwidth & Pipeline Management: Manage large candidate pipelines daily by prioritizing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.They should be comfortable working across global time zones, adapting to changing priorities, and navigating high-volume pipelines in a dynamic, scaling environment.Required Skills and Qualifications:Candidates must have:Exceptional organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentCapacity to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguityBenefits:This role offers a dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for growth and development.As a member of our team, you will have access to cutting-edge tools, resources, and training programs designed to support your professional growth and success.
