Opportunity OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting, making calls, sending emails, and using LinkedIn to target facilities managers and maintenance decision-makers.This role will focus on making cold calls, navigating gatekeepers, and setting appointments for our closers.Success will be based on the ability to schedule high-quality appointments while managing a strategic outreach approach over a 3-4 month sales cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesMake cold calls to facilities managers, navigating gatekeepers and targeting key decision-makers.Manage a high-volume pipeline, following up on leads and ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments.Deliver brief and impactful value propositions to prospects.Schedule appointments for the closing team and ensure timely follow-up on all activities.Track all interactions and maintain organized records in CRM systems.Handle objections in a professional manner, ensuring smooth and productive conversations.RequirementsStrong English communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor.Previous experience in cold calling and appointment setting.Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and engage in back-and-forth dialogues with prospects.Experience with CRM or tracking systems to manage leads effectively.Reliability to commit to 40 hours per week.
