In this role, you will build and manage prospect relationships to drive revenue for Sleek Flow. A vital part of this opportunity is partnering with the Customer Success and Product team to ensure the quality and quantity of sales pipeline.ResponsibilitiesHandle our sales conversion process for Small & Medium BusinessesDeveloping and managing relationships within our Commercial segment with customers in the LATAM region.Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customersResearch and build >40 "cold accounts" (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling) everydaySupport our inbound and outbound sales teams in closing enterprise clientsQualify leads and nurture them through the initial stages of the buyer journeysHandle inbound ticketsDocument all interactions and findings with leads in our CRM, and create a seamless handoff process to Account ExecutivesInvolve in our International Market ExpansionWork with our sales teams, customer support, partnership and training team in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, UAE and oversee the market launch projectAbility to stay up to date in the Saa S landscape and demonstrate our platform valueRequirementsMinimum 1 years of outbound sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2 B at a software companyProfound academic background from top-notch universitiesExtensive experience selling to customers in the LATAM regionConsistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positionsFluency in English is a MUSTPrevious Experience in a startup is preferredDesired SkillsStrong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.CRM (e.g. Hubspot) & marketing experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environment.Strong customer referencesStrong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Power Point and Excel.Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job.
