The RoleWe're looking for a Lead Generation Manager who lives and breathes B2 B Saa S demand generation , with a deep specialization in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).This role is not about brand fluff or vanity metrics. It's about predictable, scalable, high-intent leads.You will own paid acquisition end-to-end, from strategy to execution to optimization, with a heavy emphasis on Meta Ads as our primary growth channel. What You'll OwnMeta Ads strategy and execution for B2 B Saa S lead generationBuilding, testing, and scaling campaigns focused on:Lead formsLanding page conversionsDemo bookingsWaitlists and gated access flowsAudience strategy including:Founders, CEOs, business ownersHR leaders and operatorsLookalikes, retargeting, and funnel segmentationCreative testing framework:Messaging angles (fear, compliance risk, time savings, cost avoidance)Static, carousel, and video adsHook testing and rapid iterationFunnel optimization:Ad ? landing page ? conversion flowCost per lead (CPL), cost per demo, and lead qualityBudget ownership and performance reportingWorking closely with product and founders to align ads with real product value What We're Looking For Must-haves3+ years of B2 B Saa S lead generation experienceProven success running Meta Ads for B2 B products (not e-commerce)Strong understanding of:Lead gen vs. demand genFunnel economicsAttribution limitations in B2 BExperience optimizing for quality , not just volumeAbility to clearly explain why something worked or didn'tComfort operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments Nice-to-havesExperience marketing to SMBs, founders, or HR teamsFamiliarity with legal tech, HR tech, or compliance softwareExperience integrating Meta Ads with CRMs and lead routing systemsA strong opinion on what makes B2 B Meta Ads actually work (and what doesn't) What This Role Is NotNot a generalist social media roleNot influencer or content-first marketingNot "boosting posts" or brand awareness fluffNot e-commerce tactics copy-pasted into B2 B We care about conversion, intent, and pipeline.
