Our customers are SMBs, founders, HR leaders, and operators who want to avoid lawsuits and operational chaos without hiring expensive legal teams.We are building a category-defining compliance platform, and lead generation is mission-critical to our growth.The RoleWe're looking for a Lead Generation Manager who lives and breathes B2B SaaS demand generation, with a deep specialization in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).This role is not about brand fluff or vanity metrics. It's about predictable, scalable, high-intent leads.You will own paid acquisition end-to-end, from strategy to execution to optimization, with a heavy emphasis on Meta Ads as our primary growth channel.What You'll OwnMeta Ads strategy and execution for B2B SaaS lead generationBuilding, testing, and scaling campaigns focused on:Lead formsLanding page conversionsDemo bookingsWaitlists and gated access flowsAudience strategy including:Founders, CEOs, business ownersHR leaders and operatorsLookalikes, retargeting, and funnel segmentationCreative testing framework:Messaging angles (fear, compliance risk, time savings, cost avoidance)Static, carousel, and video adsHook testing and rapid iterationFunnel optimization:Ad ? landing page ? conversion flowCost per lead (CPL), cost per demo, and lead qualityBudget ownership and performance reportingWorking closely with product and founders to align ads with real product valueWhat We're Looking ForMust-haves3+ years of B2B SaaS lead generation experienceProven success running Meta Ads for B2B products (not e-commerce)Strong understanding of:Lead gen vs. demand genFunnel economicsAttribution limitations in B2BExperience optimizing for quality, not just volumeAbility to clearly explainwhysomething worked or didn'tComfort operating in fast-moving, early-stage environmentsNice-to-havesExperience marketing to SMBs, founders, or HR teamsFamiliarity with legal tech, HR tech, or compliance softwareExperience integrating Meta Ads with CRMs and lead routing systemsA strong opinion on what makes B2B Meta Ads actually work (and what doesn't)What This Role Is NotNot a generalist social media roleNot influencer or content-first marketingNot "boosting posts" or brand awareness fluffNot e-commerce tactics copy-pasted into B2BWe care about conversion, intent, and pipeline.Why RegentaYou'll own a critical growth channel from day oneDirect access to founders and real decision-making powerClear product-market fit and a massive compliance-driven marketOpportunity to build repeatable lead systems, not one-off campaignsHigh trust, high ownership, and high accountability culture
