**Position Overview: This is a CONTRACTOR ROLE**
We are looking for a driven, innovative, and hands-on **BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER** to to be our first teammate in LATAM.
This position needs to be based near Curitiba, PR, Brasil (within 45 minutes).
We have a strategic partner located in Curitiba who will assist us with growth.
We are looking for that special person who wants to be a key piece of the growth engine and a new operating region for us and who wants to build, together.
This role reports directly to the COO of the Company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- This is a hybrid role: We need someone who can take care of Business Development (Key Partner as well as direct sales), Onboarding New Customers, and providing first level Customer Support.
As we grow in the region, we will build out the team around you.
- Ensuring our Key Partner is well taken care of and ensuring quick implementation and on-time implementation throughout their dealer network and supply chain
- Prospecting for new business and partners.
- Onboarding new customers (think change management and implementations)
- Being the the front-line for support and working with our larger support team to ensure any issues are resolved on-time.
- Travel is required throughout LATAM, from the tip of South America to Mexico.
- Ability to forecast accurately.
- Keep CRM (Salesforce) updated and accurate
**Qualifications**:
- B2B SaaS experience (5+ years preferred)
- B2B Customer Support experience (2+ years preferred)
- Autonomous and Accountable: Do what you say and follow-through
