Job Description

We are seeking a Leadership Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing leadership development programs that drive business outcomes.

As a Leadership Development Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute training initiatives, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand organizational needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Your expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design will guide the creation of engaging and effective training experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering successful leadership development programs, as well as experience working with diverse groups and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in leadership development, program management, or a related field
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training programs that drive business outcomes
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
