Technical Support ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to drive resolution of customer issues and maintain happy and satisfied customers.Key Responsibilities:Act as a customer advocate, drive issue resolution, and maintain customer satisfaction.Follow established service level agreements (SLAs) and the client's customer support process.Triage support requests by conducting a first-level investigation of technical product issues.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.University degree with a major in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.At least 2 years of customer support experience for a commercial software product.About the Opportunity:This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment where you can grow your skills and experiences building software.
