The role involves sourcing engineers for Sweden, building trust with candidates, and coordinating relocation support with a global recruitment team.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and recruit software engineers and IT professionals for client companies in Sweden.Build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.Coordinate relocation-related tasks with the Swedish delivery management team (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the executive management team in Sweden.Work with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam.Contribute to a team that supports engineers and their families in building a new career and life in Sweden.Represent the company values of joy, trust, and professionalism.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.Self-confident, sociable, outgoing, and self-motivated.Persistent and resilient; able to handle rejection and try harder.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Employment detailsLocation: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.Employment type: Full-time; long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.Start: ASAP; minimum 12 months.Workload: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Benefits: Free national holidays with maintained pay, 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem.Please send your English CV to: ******.
