OpportunityLedn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar role(s) in rapidly growing, security-first, environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code.But, just as passionate about helping end users who are in need of help.You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud first infrastructure and networks.You will have a passion for innovation and creative problem solving, as well as be adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of the corporate infrastructure environment.You will need to be a highly motivated, dependable and an experienced technologist who shares our passion and wants to be a part of a fast moving and highly execution-oriented team.You will work closely with your Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including, but not limited to, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and fast learner who is looking for a supportive environment to continue to grow their IT skills and expertise.This role will report to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesCustomer-facing, first line of support; own support and provide an outstanding support experience to employees via Slack, Jira, etc.Troubleshoot, use terminal, and make macOS work in the enterprise.Procure and deliver technology equipment.Own the experience of tech onboarding of all new employees as well as tech retrieval of all outgoing employees.Design, test, build, and document programs and policies and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge.Support and manage SaaS applications – Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.Work with and manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools – MDM, EMM, Jamf, etc.Own and contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools.Detail solutions, craft help articles and automate busywork.Manage, respond to, and fix critical incidents and issues as needed through to completion.Prioritize help desk tickets and effectively manage them.Work on projects over sprints; detail work in tools like Jira; experienced with agile methods and sprints.Set and work to your own objective and key results with minimal direction and align them to the team and the company goals.Qualifications7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Automation using bash, zsh, python, etc.Utilize open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki.Integrate SSO into Okta, create workflows in Okta.Work with APIs, and integrate one system to another.Provide remote support to people in multiple countries, across time zones; familiar with shipping and receiving hardware and customs.Exceptional communication skills across all media.Write very well, whether it's in tickets, email or Slack.Secure mindset – PGP, networking fundamentals, basic troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching).Self-manage, accurately scope projects, prioritize and work across multiple teams.Strong organizational and task-management skills.Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and making decisions without all the data.Nice to Haves: Some familiarity with AWS, Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesRetailReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at LEDN by 2xWe're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.Experts add insights directly into each article, started with the help of AI.#J-*****-Ljbffr
