Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, considering diverse sales cycle requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, offering guidance and support in complex sales situations.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and educate customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.
Build and sustain relationships with clients to promote long-term business partnerships.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and identify new business opportunities and strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure departmental alignment and mutual support.
Innovate in the sales process by introducing improvements and new technologies.
Manage complex sales negotiations and participate in deal closures.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Typically, 8+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 3+ years in a similar role.
Proven track record in sales and sales enablement.
Skills in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
Continuous learner, staying updated with industry knowledge and technology.
Nice-to-Have: Advanced degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as CSP or CSEP (preferred).
Languages: English: C1 Advanced Additional Information: Workdays and hours are not specified.
