The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our operations team, together we can build an commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. Responsibilities:1. Define the long-term strategy, leading key initiatives, and setting future direction of the category;2. Responsible for the P&L of the Home&Living category;3. Provide industry knowledge and leveraging own network to ensure success of category;4. Hire and develop a strong team;5. Acquire and incubate Home&Living brand principals, business partners to support category growth;6. Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into partners' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently;7. Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock partners' potential on platform, drive business growth and adoption of livestream and short videos;8. Navigate through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes and influencing key stakeholders to drive decisions for the category;9. Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams.

Minimum Qualifications:1. Bachelor degree and above, network within the Home&Living space and strong knowledge of the Brazilian Home&Living industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation;2. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills;3. Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity;4. Strong sense of social content, practical experience in the social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories;5. Solid experience in people management and leading a diverse team, solid experience of owning P&L;6. Fluent in English and Portuguese, good communication and collaboration skills working cross functionally in a global working environment. Preferred Qualifications:1. Eager to win, growth driven, business mindset, result driven;2. Collaborative and open to changes and challenges and learn;3. A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking;4. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes.
