Technical Support – Application Migration – Google Cloud - Apigee
What you’ll do
The Application Migration Technical Support L3 is responsible for providing technical support to Partners during the Apigee application migration process. This includes assisting them with migration, troubleshooting, providing training materials and guidance for successful experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of and system, as well as background with technical support on application migration and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree. Languages: Advanced English, Background in Technical support domains. Strong understanding of Google suite and operating systems. Experience with application migration concepts and processes. Understanding of cloud migration is an advantage.Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Please, upload your resume in English.
