Description: This is a full-time role for a Senior Account Manager at ProfitlogiQ. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients, understanding client needs and objectives, coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves developing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Customer Relationship Management, Account Management or Business Development skills;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Ability to understand and analyze data-driven insights for client recommendations;
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing industry;
  • Proficiency in Excel;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
  • Fluency in English or Spanish.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in Retail Media is a Plus.
