Job Description:

This is a full-time role for a Senior Account Manager at ProfitlogiQ Brasil. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients, understanding client needs and objectives, coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to capitalize on them.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Customer Relationship Management, Account Management or Business Development skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyze data-driven insights for client recommendations.
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluency in English or Spanish.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in Retail Media is a Plus.
