Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing Key Accounts in Consumer Electronics, working closely with sellers to educate them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience. You will also be responsible for using feedback from merchants to identify opportunities to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools.
Responsibilities
- Be a partner for Key Accounts, providing them with driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon.
- Work closely with sellers, educating them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
- Work on engagement and adoption on Fulfillment Programs (FBA/SF/DBA).
- Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems so they may become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently and to the required standards.
- Learn and understand the specificities of your categories to spot trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to best tailor your pitch and advice to merchants.
- Track and report development results, analyze, interpret reports, and information for your portfolio of merchants.
- Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment.
Requirements
- Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
