**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are hiring a **Wellbeing Engagement Analyst**to our **Wellbeing Engagement**team in **São Paulo, Brazil**.
This role will join our B2B2C team, responsible for creating communications and engagement campaigns for our new customers. As a WE Analyst in this role, you will be expected to support the launch team in building and executing customer engagement proposals. Understanding the customer profile alongside sales, customer success, partners and the client's internal communications department. This role will work closely to enable and deliver customer engagement actions. **YOUR IMPACT**:
- Very close contact with the planning, client success and partners team.
- Direct support in executing actions for Launches, clients with more than 10 thousand employees.
- Responsible for enabling actions with partners: graphics, gyms, webinars, online and in-person classes, purchase of vouchers.
- Create possibilities for new actions and formats to be applied as customer engagement actions.
- Participation in projects to improve the stock portfolio
- Responsible for updating the portfolio's budget
- Conducting webinars about Wellhub for launching companies and existing clients.
- Preparation and adaptation of materials for conducting sessions.

**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Previous experience working close to the HR area or with B2B2C events
- Google tools knowledge (sheets and slides) - Jira and Zoom (is a plus)
- Intermediary/Advanced English
- Resilience to work in an fast paced environment with changes and different scenarios
- Able to handle multiple projects at the same time and at a fast pace
- Good writing and well-developed communication skills for lectures and webinars
- Projects critical and analytical perspective and their impacts on the entire ecosystem
- Owner mentality and proactivity is key for this role
- Creative and proactive to deal with diverse clients, with fast execution
- Be willing to help make wellbeing universal
