The OpportunityWe are hiring a Wellbeing engagement Analyst to our Wellbeing Engagement team in São Paulo
This role will join our B2B2C team, responsible for creating communication and engagement campaigns for our existing clients. As a WE analyst in this position, you are expected to support the planning team in the construction and execution of proposed actions for Mid Market account clients. This includes understanding client profiles together with sales, client success, partners and the client internal communication department. The position will work closely to enable and deliver customer engagement actions. Your Impact- Very close contact with the planning, client success and partners teams.
- Direct support in the execution of actions for Mid Market clients (up to 10,000 employees).
- Enable actions with partners: graphics, gyms, webinars, online and in-person classes, purchase of vouchers.
- Create opportunities for new actions and formats to be applied as customer engagement actions.
- Participation in projects to improve the stock portfolio.
- Responsible for updating the portfolio's budget.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by caring for your own wellbeing and colleagues; bring wellbeing to the forefront of work and foster work-life balance.
- Google tools knowledge (Sheets and Slides); JIRA, ZOOM is a plus.
- Experience working close to HR or with B2B2C events is a plus.
- Resilient in a fast-paced environment with changing scenarios.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and at a fast pace.
- Strong writing and communication skills for lectures and webinars.
- Analytical mindset with a view on impact across the ecosystem.
- Owner mentality and proactivity are key for this role.
- Creative and proactive in dealing with diverse clients with fast execution.
