HR Process and Systems Specialist Job Description

The ideal candidate will serve as a key member of our team, responsible for managing HRIS and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.

This includes maintaining user permissions and security roles, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues. You will also provide technical support to HR team members and end-users on system-related functionalities and best practices.

  • Manage HRIS and LMS administration, including user permissions and security roles, system performance, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct cyclic audits to ensure accuracy of employment and workforce data, including organizational data.
  • Design and generate custom reports and analytics to support HR initiatives and business decisions.
  • Maintain role-based security and access controls, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies, and supporting audit requests as needed.
  • Support configuration, testing, integration, and implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and/or new HR technologies.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll to ensure system alignment and data consistency across HR platforms.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize HR systems efficiency and user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or another related field.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools. LMS technical experience is not required but highly desired.
  • Understanding of HR processes, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Language proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
