A BlueDot BPO Solutions é uma empresa de Staff Augmentation que conecta talentos de alto nível a oportunidades internacionais, especialmente no mercado norte-americano. Estamos em busca de um Sales Development Specialist (SDR) para integrar nosso time de alta performance em vendas B2B.
Responsabilidades- Gerar e qualificar leads por meio de cold calls, e-mails e LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Apoiar campanhas estratégicas de prospecção, contribuindo para o crescimento do pipeline de vendas.
- Agendar reuniões e dar suporte em apresentações comerciais.
- Elaborar propostas e participar de estratégias de abordagem a clientes.
- Realizar pesquisas de mercado para identificar tendências e mapear concorrência.
- Utilizar ferramentas como HubSpot e LinkedIn Sales Navigator para gestão de prospecção.
- Remuneração: R$ 4.500,00.
- Treinamento intensivo e remunerado em vendas B2B para o mercado norte-americano.
- Ambiente 100% remoto, com equipe multicultural.
- Plano de progressão profissional em ambiente de alta performance.
- Contrato de longo prazo (long-term).
- Bonus em USD por performance.
- Inglês fluente (nível C1 / C2) – comunicação 100% com clientes e leads nos EUA.
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.
- Perfil resiliente, carismático e orientado a resultados.
- Experiência prévia com SDR, Inside Sales ou BDR.
- Vivência com CRMs e ferramentas de prospecção.
- Capacidade de adaptação em um ambiente dinâmico e competitivo.
- 2 monitores.
- Processador 5 núcleos ou superior (ideal: Intel i7 ou equivalente).
- 12GB de RAM ou mais.
- Headset profissional com microfone.
- Internet de alta velocidade.
- Ambiente silencioso, bem iluminado e sem interrupções.
