
Marketing and Product Manager

**Your responsibilities**:
- Implement and coordinate the marketing strategy and budget of the daughter company in South America, Brazil with focus on support of the sales
- Define and execute offline and online PR activities, exhibitions and promotional actions (webinars, launches, campaigns) and social media
- Prepare launches of new products in line with standards and corporate strategy
- Responsible for local part of the registration of new products and keeping the registers up to date
- Monitor and control product performance and adjust plans accordingly, process market data and prepare market share analysis
- Monitor customer satisfaction and participate in development of clinical relationships with Key Accounts
- Monitor market trends, regulations, sales, product performance, expenses and structure of business
- Develop and implement strategy of sales and clinical trainings in the region for the distribution network and customers
- Support sales in product technical know how
**Requirements**:
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills
- Commercial and marketing background
- Pro-active personality with strong self-responsibility and focus on goals
- Prepared to handle multi topic problems and multicultural environment
- Previous experience in international marketing at least four years
- Native Portuguese and advanced level of communication in English and Spanish
- Brazillian citizen or permanent resident
