Responsabilidades e Atribuições:
- Realizar ligações e entrevistas com leads
- Identificar, qualificar e desenvolver oportunidades de vendas
- Realizar diagnósticos e apresentações de propostas comerciais
- Fazer follow-ups com oportunidades
- Negociar com clientes e efetivar vendas
- Gerenciar o pipeline de vendas
Requisitos e Qualificações:
- Boa capacidade de persuasão e argumentação
- Conhecimento básico em estratégia de negócios B2B
- Experiência com vendas consultivas
- Experiência na utilização de CRM
- Engajamento com programas de treinamento de vendas

Etapas do processo seletivo:
- Fit comportamental: Nessa fase, são mapeadas as fortalezas e comparadas com os requisitos da vaga;
- Momento de carreira: Esse será um espaço para uma conversa rápida, em que a área de Cultura organizacional apresenta um pouco mais da vaga ao candidato e busca entender o interesse pela vaga;
- Entrevista com gestor: Essa é uma etapa para o candidato(a) compreender qual será a rotina, entregas, oportunidades de desenvolvimento e para o gestor conhecer melhor o candidato(a);
