Desde Excell Recursos Humanos estamos seleccionando un/a SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPER para el GRUPO AUTECNIA, un grupo altamente especializado y con amplia experiência en la ejecución de proyectos integrales de automatización, software industrial, e ingeniería eléctrica a nível nacional e internacional.
El perfil deseado es el de una persona con al menos 5 años de experiência en el sector de la automatización industrial realizando labores de acompañamiento a clientes en la gestión comercial preventa y postventa de soluciones de transformación digital industrial. Además es importante que esté familiarizada con el diseño y comprensión de soluciones de modernizaciones de sistemas de control basada en PLCs, SCADA, DCS o comunicaciones industriales.
FUNCIONES:
- Apoyo en la definición del offering de automatización industrial en capa OT (modernizaciones PLCs, SCADA, Sistemas DCS etc)
- Alimentar el pipeline de ventas de la empresa identificando y gestionando oportunidades de negocio y acompañando a los clientes tanto en su proceso de decisión, como una vez realizada la venta e implantación de nuestra solución (fidelización, up-sale, cross-sale).
- Acompañar a la función de marketing en el desarrollo de contenidos, campañas, etc.
- Coordinación con agentes colaboradores para reforzar la llegada al mercado.
- Participación en ferias y eventos e identificación de posibles partners o referentes de la industria en su ámbito (asociaciones, distribuidores de máquina-herramienta, distribuidores de herramienta,).

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:
- Nível alto de inglés (escrito y hablado), al menos B2. Se hará prueba de nível. - Disponibilidad para viajar. -Experiência realizando labores de ventas técnicas y/o de desarrollo de negocio en el ámbito de la automatización industrial. -Valorable disponer de experiência con fabricantes de maquinaria, alimentación y/o con usuarios finales. - Excelente capacidad de comunicación, compromiso y orientación a calidad y resultados. -Proactividad y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
