Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility Additional Requirements Above average knowledge on use of MS Office Excellent analytical thinking and on the spot problem-solving Knowledge on operations/production management Knowledge in Warehouse and Inventory Management With high level of written and oral communications skills Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure Job Description Under general supervision, performs supervisory, technical, and support functions of the Logistics Management Division (LMD) and does other related work. Functions and Responsibilities Acts as the unit head of the Mechanized Production Unit Provides technical support to the Production Management Section (PMS) Implementation of daily FFP production according to the production plan via the Mechanized Production System (MPS) Supervises the preparation of material requisitions for raw materials, indirect materials and supplies/materials, non-disposable PPEs, as well as mechanized production materials issued to the workforce Supervises the preparation and set up production workstations, prepositions goods/items, and performs inventory taking of raw materials used and identified as damage or defective Supervises and ensures the correct distribution, collection and accounting of all supplies/materials, non-disposable PPEs, and other materials issued to workforce including raw materials left in the production area Supervises the maintenance and ensures the accuracy of records of inter warehouse releases/transfers of mechanized FFP production, raw materials, indirect materials; and ensures that records are up to date at all times Double-checks all daily reports before submission to the section head Develops and implements standards/criteria for mechanized production of FFPs as well as other PMS activities such as manual FFP production, rice vacuum packing, rice reconditioning/milling Performs other tasks as may be required from time to time Job Outputs Communications and reports related to the functions of the Logistics Management Division and Production Management Section Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports regarding Mechanized FFP Production Output, Material Usage and Production Cost Report, Material Requisitions and Inventories, Rice Vacuum Packing Machine/Milling Machine Performance and others Concept Notes and Activity/Project Proposals Other Administrative Reports CRITERIA FOR EVALUATION Education: 25% Training: 10% Experience: 25% IQT: 10% Technical Exam: 15% Interview: 10% Performance Review: 5% Total : 100% Initial Shortlisting Obtain 75% of the maximum total score or 45 points in Education, Training, and Experience (ETE).
