Responsabilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to cross-border transaction;
  • Prepare regular reports on transaction volumes, trends, and performance metrics;
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key performance indicators;
  • Identify opportunities to streamline cross-border processes;
  • Collaborate with team members to implement efficiency improvements;
  • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing cross-border capabilities;
  • Provide support to internal teams and external partners on cross-border inquiries;
  • Assist in resolving complex cross-border transaction issues;
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation;

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in cross-border operations;
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL);
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
  • Knowledge of international banking regulations and compliance requirements;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with financial software and payment systems;
  • Understanding of foreign exchange markets and international trade.
