Our Human Resources Team is providing a best in class service to our employees and global organization. We provide support for day to day and operational issues and procedures. Our team partners with the business to provide reporting insight and to continuously improve our processes and performance.

Advice and leadership on employee and union or works council relations. Advises management on legal/labor law/regulatory issues and risk management.
**As a HR Manager - Labor Relations, you will be responsible for**:
- Advising management on legal/labor law/regulatory issues and risk management;
- Providing advice, counsel and leadership on employee and unions/works council relations;
- Developing a year plan for its own department. Is involved in discussions with teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working;
- Contributing to plan of larger unit. Communicates across direct organization;
- Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross-functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy;
- Having latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college;
- Have relevant experience as Labor Relations professional;
- Be able to communicate fluently both in Portuguese and English;
- Have relevant expertise in Union Negotiation. Also great in relationship and negotiation skills.
