Every client spends real dollars tied to real performance. We’re looking for a sharp, high-initiative Account Executive who thrives on closing measurable business, not just managing activity. You’ll start with an existing pool of leads and past prospects, but the real value comes from how you build momentum, re-engaging, sourcing new opportunities, and owning the full cycle from outreach to close. What You’ll Do Take full ownership of your pipeline, from first contact to signed deal, using CRM. Start with a large base of warm and aged B2B leads, then expand it through targeted outreach and smart prospecting. Re-engage old conversations, qualify new ones, and move decisively to close. Track what converts, refine messaging, and feed insights back into the system. Work directly with leadership to shape positioning, optimize process, and scale what works. Who Thrives Here You’ll do well here if you: Speak fluent English and communicate naturally with U.S. business owners and marketing leaders. Prefer autonomy over instruction. You organize your own day and keep pace without reminders. See compensation as a function of output, not tenure. Have experience selling B2B services or SaaS where results mattered more than time spent.
