Responsibilities :

  1. Directly implement recruiting strategies for salaried employees;
  2. Prepare salary structure proposals and implement the local payroll process to meet internal compliance standards and local legal provisions. Implement annual merit increments and salary changes according to the guidelines developed by China corporate;
  3. Develop local HR strategies and administrative strategies aligned with local laws and business strategies;
  4. Facilitate the annual manpower plan and salary budget review cycle, observing HQ guidelines and with division business input;
  5. Develop and administer local training, working with managers to identify best utilization of training offerings, and participate in training actions as appropriate;
  6. Partner with functional and operational leaders to complete the performance management and talent management cycle in the location;
  7. Implement document management, official stamps, local official vehicles, office management, and official supplies purchases;
  8. Transition LGMG company culture to the local team and improve the local team’s engagement and satisfaction;
  9. Foster effective communication between employees and location management, resolving employee relations issues with a systematic approach.

Job Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in a related major;
  2. 3 years of relevant work experience, familiar with local laws;
  3. More than 2 years of working experience in HR and administrative management positions;
  4. Strong learning ability;
  5. Fluency in Chinese or English, both oral and written.
