Role Overview: As a Senior Manager focused on Business Development in Oil and Gas, you will drive growth by selling complex B2B consulting solutions, building relationships with senior executives, and closing large contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build trust with C-Level executives and develop GTM strategies for Latin America’s Oil and Gas sectors.
- Business Development: Prospect and secure new business, close consulting contracts, and expand sales channels.
- Engagement & Project Management: Collaborate with consulting teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and mitigate risks.
- Tools & Technology: Use CRM, market analysis tools, and Microsoft Office to manage pipelines and proposals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience selling strategic solutions in Oil and Gas in Latin America.
- Proven success in consultative sales, especially with C-Level clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills in multicultural environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within Latin America.
