About the Role The High Value Sales Team Lead will responsibly execute the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, pitching and closing high‑potential advertisers and marketing agencies for TikTok Ads. They will consult with key stakeholders to demonstrate the advertiser platform’s value, collaborate with internal teams to establish best practices for client acquisition, build and manage a sales pipeline, and lead the high‑value acquisitions team. Responsibilities Consistently meet and exceed quantitative and qualitative acquisition sales targets while delivering a best‑in‑class experience to clients. Prospect, qualify, pitch, and close new business opportunities for the TikTok Ads Platform. Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and 3rd‑party tooling. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on lead‑operation initiatives. Consult with external stakeholders to develop TikTok Ads strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives. Onboard new clients onto the TikTok Ads Platform and set them up for long‑term growth. Set team strategic direction and manage the high‑value acquisitions team. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of professional sales and/or business development experience. Excellent communication skills, especially with global Latin American and cross‑functional teams. Experience building pipeline through prospecting and outreaching via phone, video conferences, emails, and other communication platforms. Experience with CRM management. Preferred Qualifications Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with honesty and integrity. Strategic thinking to develop sales acquisition strategies and tactics. Proven track record of exceeding performance targets. Previous experience in ad sales or business development. Proficiency with sales prospecting tactics and technologies.
