Key Account Manager Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team and manage strategic partnerships, foster long-term client relationships, and deliver engaging gaming experiences across global markets. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key clients and serve as the primary point of contact. Represent our portfolio of products and communicate upcoming game releases and opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute successful promotional campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and proactively address any issues. Identify evolving client needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with business objectives. Resolve customer issues efficiently and implement improvements based on root-cause analysis. Requirements: 3–5 years' experience in account management in the online B2B iGaming sector. Proven success in building and growing client relationships in a commercial setting. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency is a strong asset.
