About The Role As Central Field Ops Program Specialist, you will support the Project Manager with operational projects of the LatAm Field Ops portfolio, from data analysis to project implementation and rollout. The right person for this job should: Love to root cause problems, bring improvements, build balance for Field Ops, be creative, bold, identify data trends, suggest improvements, help create efficient processes. Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, data-driven person, good data extraction, interpretation, consolidation. Communicate and present information clearly. What You'll Do Map and improve existing operational processes through data analysis, footprint, process shadowing, etc. Support pilots and roll‑outs, report improvements, work on process standardization. Generate insights, identify root causes and propose solutions to improve operations and ultimately the customer experience journey. Collect data, conduct robust analyses, support implementation of processes/tools that improve operations. Support the team in designing and implementing SOPs/playbooks across the operations to improve efficiency, quality, standardization. What You'll Need Strong data analytics knowledge: experience with Python, visualization tools, or programming languages. Fundamental math and reasoning skills. Attention to detail; accuracy is a must Critical thinking and business acumen knowledge. Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, time management skills. Outstanding problem solver, solution‑oriented, genuine interest in helping. Strong project management skills with multiple work streams and dependencies; ability to manage tasks involving multiple businesses to meet aggressive deadlines. Ability to work independently; manage critical deadlines, multitask, deliver under pressure, superior organizational skills, impeccable follow‑through, strong eye for detail. Exceptional stakeholder management skills: confident presenting feedback and findings to senior stakeholders, handle arguments and negotiations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Conversational/Written) Minimum Score: B2. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
