The team
This position
This position is an individual contributor reporting to Sr. Manager, Renewal and is designated Flex.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for timely renewals for Small & Medium customers in assigned territory.
- Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications.
- Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable elements of DocuSign´s portfolio.
- Meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals.
- Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.
- Identify top-tier opportunities.
- Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in territory.
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in renewal management, consultative sales and /or business consulting, preferably within a SaaS model
- 5+ years of experience in sales methodologies used to prospect within the account, consult with the client on business issues, create and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Fluent English
- BS/BA degree required
Preferred qualifications
- Ability to identify, critique, suggest, and implement intelligent changes to the clients' business optimization processes
- Strong capacity for engagement and mastery cross area
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills to be able to interact effectively at all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to C-level
- Strong experience in forecast / result management (churn)
- Work in a very complex sales cycle for Enterprise Customers.
- Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
- Fluent Spanish will be a plus
