Job Overview The Resource Manager is a crucial role in our organization, responsible for ensuring that our Professional Services teams are properly staffed, aligned, and equipped to meet project timelines and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Resource Planning: Identify, assign, and allocate resources to ongoing and upcoming projects based on skills, availability, and priorities. Maintaining Visibility: Maintain a real-time view of resource capacity and project needs across the organization. Collaboration and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project staffing and collaborate with Sales and Regional Managers to ensure proper coverage for upcoming engagements. Requirements: Proven experience in resource planning and allocation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
