Manage project budgets, monitor financials, prepare reports, and oversee team compensation to ensure profitability. Delivery & Process Management :
Lead project execution, define scope and objectives, mitigate risks, ensure client satisfaction, and improve project management processes. Team Leadership :
Oversee team tasks, foster collaboration, conduct evaluations, mentor team members, and coordinate recruitment and promotions. Minimum Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in project/delivery management Proven experience as a delivery manager managing projects from inception to completion Strong financial management skills and experience with project budgets and negotiations Experience managing external clients Proficiency with project management tools Excellent communication and leadership skills in English Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related field Experience collaborating with developers, project managers, and
