Your RoleDevelop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share for Lab Water Solutions portfolio in Brazil.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.Who you areBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Pharmacy, or Chemistry.Experience in laboratory products, preferably within the Lab Water Solutions business.Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing successful sales teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic initiatives.Proficiency in English;
additional languages are a plus. Results-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer success.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.#J-18808-Ljbffr
