Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for global, regional, or category clients.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations encompassing pricing, contracts, payment terms, and savings agreements.
  • BUILD STRONG MULTI-LEVEL RELATIONSHIPS with key customer stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of commercial targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across all interactions.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure aligned delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Promote portfolio solutions that align with company strategy and customer needs.
  • Manage monthly sales forecasts and conduct financial analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct retrospective reviews of project outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead commercial kick-offs with stakeholders and influence customer briefs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and update internal systems accordingly.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and innovation opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.
About You:
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, product development, or marketing, preferably in industries such as fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG, ingredients, or chemical.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of financial concepts (pricing, margin, forecasting).
  • Knowledge of product development, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working across cultures.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, Arts or Fashion.
