Proven experience as a

Cold Email Outreach Specialist

or similar role in a B2B settingExcellent English

(written and verbal) with Excellent Copywriting and Communication skillsExpertise in using popular

Email outreach platforms

(e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Mailshake, Lemlist, Woodpecker, Reply)In-depth knowledge of email deliverability best practices and troubleshooting techniquesProficiency in Software in general, Spreadsheets, Data analytics, CRMs, etc.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality and attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to work independently in a remote working spaceNice to haves

Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startupExperience in a B2B SaaS businessFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plusProgramming/scripting skills (e.g., Postgres, Python, Bash) are advantageousWhat you'll do

Create, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns to target potential clients and partnersWrite compelling email copy that captures attention and drives engagementMonitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, response rates, conversions) to identify areas for improvementAddress and resolve email deliverability issues, ensuring high inbox placement and minimal bounce ratesGather continuous expertise on the latest advancements and optimal use-cases of leading

The process is split over three primary conversations, usually taking place over one to two weeks.Meeting 1: an initial call to touch base and check professional experiences and interpersonal skills.Meeting 2: a second interview where you'll be given a challenge and asked to get as close to solving it as possible.Meeting 3: a second interview with the CEO.Meeting 4: final questions about anything that came up previously, plus an introduction to projects you'll be working on during your first 3 months at Lightmeter, followed by a "reality check" presentation from the company to align expectations about the day-to-day experience at the company.Meeting 5: offer details discussion, and request for references.
