Customer Account Specialists (CAS) irá coordenar todo o processo de Order-to-Cash (processo que engloba todo o fluxo de atividades entre a emissão de um pedido de compra até o recebimento do pagamento da venda). Enquanto o time de outside Sales (vendas externas) é responsável por prospectar, negociar e fechar negócios, o Customer Account Specialists (CAS) vai atuar a partir do momento em que o pedido é faturado. Em todo o processo, será responsável por ser a interface principal representando clientes internos. Todo esse processo demanda um trabalho multifuncional, com ao menos 8 interfaces diferentes, principalmente voltadas ao negócio, a fim de coordenar toda a demanda logística, de fornecimento ou pedidos que podem acontecer enquanto o pedido estiver sendo preparado, até ser entregue.Responsabilidades e Qualificações:
Experiência com gestão externa e interna da relação do cliente com foco no cliente.Inglês fluente.É desejável ter conhecimento em espanhol e francês.Formação acadêmica:
Relações Internacionais, Engenharias, Jornalismo, Administração, Química, Comércio Exterior, Comunicação, Direito.Experiência anterior em Logística, Customer Service ou Comércio Exterior.Organização, saber reconhecer prioridades e gerenciar demandas.Saber trabalhar em grupo, além de ter experiência com gestão de times.Capacidade de resolver e priorizar competências, além de ser um bom comunicador por escrito e verbalmente.#J-18808-Ljbffr
