Business Development Representative

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil- Full time- We are expanding our Mobility Department and right now we’re looking for a- **Business Development Representative** to join our team This professional will be responsible for elaborating and conducting different activities to expand the services of our Cargo vertical in Brazil.**What you will do**:- Perform market research on growth topics for the Cargo vertical of services-- Identify key business development, operation, product and marketing levers to enable the company’s growth-- Manage projects to develop the Cargo strategies for the region-- Actively participate in new cities launches and coordination of activities in previously launched cities-- Build and sustain a robust business development structure and process-- Work closely with other departments like marketing, analytics, legal, finance and others.**What we expect from you**:- Experience in business development or marketing roles in tech companies or strategy consultancies-- Knowledge of mobile apps digital metrics-- Can-do attitude and extreme level of ownership-- Excellent project management skills-- Excellent team player - you have succeeded in cross-functional environment-- Data-driven and logical approach-- Advanced level of English-- Fluent/native Portuguese-- Willingness to travel-- Entrepreneurship experience (desirable)**Working terms**:- Hybrid work schedule-- Stable salary, meal and transportation allowance, health/dental insurance-- Unlimited opportunities for professional and career growth, regular external and internal training from our partners-- Partially or fully paid additional training courses, including English classes-- The opportunity to become part of an international team of professionals who create one of the greatest success stories in the global IT industry-- Initial training-- Probation period up to 3 months-- Working hours: from 9:00 to 18:00, Saturday and Sunday are days offWe offer you all the conditions for professional and personal growth with a rapidly growing tech company.
