Buscamos un(a) Project Manager altamente estratégico y ejecutor(a), con experiencia colaborando estrechamente con equipos de producto y conocimiento en media. Este rol requiere habilidades de gestión de proyectos activos y nuevos. La persona ideal tendrá experiencia sólida en negociación, manejo de proveedores y relación con clientes, además de un control riguroso de presupuestos.Responsabilidades principales:
Liderar y dar seguimiento a proyectos activos y nuevos desde la planificación hasta la ejecución y cierre. Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de producto para alinear prioridades, roadmap y entregables. Asumir funciones de Product Manager cuando sea requerido temporalmente. Coordinar con equipos multidisciplinarios (diseño, desarrollo, negocio, etc.) asegurando una comunicación efectiva y fluida. Negociar con proveedores y gestionar relaciones con clientes clave. Monitorear y optimizar el uso de recursos del proyecto y asegurar el cumplimiento del presupuesto. Elaborar reportes de estado y métricas clave de desempeño del proyecto. Identificar riesgos, proponer soluciones y liderar la resolución de bloqueos.Requisitos:
Experiencia mínima de 3 años gestionando proyectos tecnológicos o digitales. Experiencia colaborando directamente con equipos de producto (UX, desarrollo, negocio). Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y herramientas como Jira, Asana, Trello u otras. Habilidades comprobadas de negociación con proveedores y trato con clientes. Experiencia en manejo y control de presupuestos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y resolución de problemas. Deseable:
