
Revenue Operations Lead

- Oversee the revenue cycle from generating quotes and invoices to reconciling discrepancies, tracking receivables, and ensuring timely collections.
- Lead a small team in sending invoices daily, reviewing accuracy against order forms, and resolving discrepancies with sales or customers.
- Respond promptly to customer and sales questions on invoicing, take ownership of collections, and communicate effectively when necessary.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate revenue reporting by reviewing SQL query outputs for accuracy.
- Drive process improvements and lead upgrades, automation projects, and system optimizations.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing, invoices, and payment statuses.
Experience managing the full revenue cycle and overseeing small teams is essential. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Stripe, along with the ability to review SQL outputs for accuracy, is required.
The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills to reconcile discrepancies and negotiate effectively with customers or sales. Experience with process improvements, system upgrades, and automation projects is also beneficial.
