We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our revenue operations team. As Revenue Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all revenue streams are accurately accounted for and optimized.
About the RoleThis is a mid-senior level position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals who will work closely with ad sales and media planning teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue-generating activities.
Main ResponsibilitiesTeam Management: Lead a high-performing team by providing clear guidance, setting performance expectations, and empowering staff to excel in their roles.
Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of channels and platforms to ensure optimal revenue generation while maintaining audience satisfaction.
Ad Sales Support: Collaborate with ad sales teams to understand their key objectives and provide solutions to meet those goals.
Negotiation Coordination: Liaise between ad sales, programming, and strategic planning teams to facilitate flawless execution of complex negotiations.
System Improvement: Stay up-to-date with system functionalities and challenges to propose areas for improvement, automation, and process optimization.
Education: College degree or equivalent required.
Languages: Intermediate English proficiency.
Experience: Proven track record of leading teams in television operations or similar environments.
