Business Development Executive - São Paulo, Brazil

Construir e fortalecer relacionamentos duradouros com grandes empresas do mercado, incluindo novos clientes e clientes com potencial de crescimento, para criar parcerias de sucesso.

Planejar e desenvolver estratégias de atuação para identificar e gerar novas oportunidades de negócios, alinhadas com temas e processos relevantes para essas empresas.

Conhecer profundamente as soluções e produtos da Iron Mountain Brasil, oferecendo propostas de valor com soluções inovadoras e adequadas às necessidades e desafios específicos de cada cliente.

Atuar como consultor estratégico junto à alta gestão e C-Level dos clientes, entendendo e explorando seus principais desafios para propor soluções que agreguem alto valor.

Suportar os clientes na elaboração e construção do Business Case da solução, ajudando-os proativamente a viabilizar o orçamento necessário para a implementação do projeto.

Interagir estrategicamente com os diversos níveis de decisão dos clientes, como áreas de negócios, operações e alta gestão.

Desenvolver e gerenciar um plano de ação voltado ao atingimento das metas de vendas, margens e satisfação dos clientes definidos pela Iron Mountain Brasil.

Acompanhar de perto o processo de vendas, garantindo o cumprimento das metas e o melhor atendimento aos clientes.

Elaborar propostas comerciais, atuando como responsável pelo negócio e coordenando com as equipes internas e do cliente para oferecer as melhores condições de parceria.

Reportar atualizações periódicas à Gerência Executiva, gerenciando informações no sistema CRM (Sales Force) e construindo um funil de vendas sólido, visando a previsibilidade e o cumprimento de metas trimestrais.

Requisitos:

Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Economia, Marketing ou áreas afins.

Inglês e/ou Espanhol Avançado.

CONHECIMENTOS TÉCNICOS DESEJÁVEIS

Noções de planejamento financeiro; conhecimentos de tributação; técnicas de negociação; planejamento estratégico; comunicação e atendimento ao cliente.

Familiaridade com um ou mais segmentos de mercado, como Serviços Financeiros, Fintech, Healthtech, Logística, Varejo, e-Commerce, Saúde, entre outros.

Diferenciais: Conhecimento em Data Center, Gestão de Fluxo de Processos e Soluções em Nuvem (Cloud Solutions).
