About the Company:
We are a dynamic, fast-growing logistics company specializing in comprehensive freight forwarding solutions.
About the Role:
This key role will focus on expanding the company's presence in Brazil, particularly in the Sao Paulo region, by driving new business opportunities and strengthening existing client partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in ocean and air freight, import/export, and customs brokerage services.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to offer clients innovative and competitive solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and expansion of the business.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries.
- Strong expertise in ocean freight, air freight, customs brokerage, and import/export services.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Established network within the Brazilian logistics and transportation sectors.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and cultivating long-term client partnerships.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
