Head Of Desk - FX Sales (Relationship Manager)

About the Job

As the Head of Desk (HoD) - FX Sales, you will be a leader responsible for maintaining and improving sales performance through the training, coaching, and development of your team. You will thrive in this managerial role, achieving outstanding results while developing sales strategies based on client feedback and market knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a sales team in developing prospects, coaching and mentoring your team.
  2. Pitch and close deals with prospective clients via phone and face-to-face meetings.
  3. Manage customer relationships for new customers to ensure smooth onboarding and first trades.
  4. Provide accurate forecasting of expected sales volume.
  5. Implement regional sales programs and training plans with your team.
  6. Ensure adherence to company-wide sales methodology and processes.
  7. Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Requirements:

  1. Track record of sales management within FX or cross-border financial services.
  2. Financial Services experience; a network is advantageous.
  3. First-class communication skills.
  4. Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach, and develop people.
  5. Skilled negotiator with the ability to build relationships at senior levels.
  6. Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.

ABRACAM certification (ABT2) is a plus.
