Unlock Business Growth as a Strategic LeaderAs a Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our crypto payment infrastructure across Brazil and LATAM. This entails cultivating partnerships with Web3 projects, fintechs, and enterprise players to drive adoption of Stablecoins, Crypto card programs, and On / Off Ramp services. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our ecosystem strategy and positioning us as a leading bridge between traditional and decentralized finance. Responsibilities Ecosystem Development & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow our ecosystem across retail, merchants, and partners. Partnerships & Business Development: Foster strategic alliances with Web3 projects, fintechs, and enterprise players to expand our user base and business network. Integration & Enablement: Ensure seamless integration of our APIs, SDKs, and tools into partner platforms, enhancing their usability and efficiency. Product Adoption: Drive technical integration of our Web3 payment solutions into a range of apps and platforms, expanding our market reach. Ecosystem Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track adoption, usage, and partner success across our tools. Incentives & Grants: Assist in managing ecosystem incentives, co-marketing, and grant programs to foster collaboration and growth. Community Engagement: Represent our organization at conferences, hackathons, and industry events, promoting thought leadership and establishing relationships. Key Skills & Qualifications Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovation. Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Familiarity with the LATAM market and its unique challenges and opportunities.
